This policy outlines how SPC Seasonings (“we”, “our”, “us”) handles refunds, replacements, and returns for orders placed on my-spc.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Food Products & Returns

Due to the nature of our products (food and consumables):

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or taste preference
  • We do not accept returns on opened items for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Food products are exempt from the 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

We will offer a refund or replacement if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Your item is faulty or defective
  • You receive the wrong item
  • The product is not as described

3. Timeframe to Report an Issue

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, incorrect, or faulty items
  • Claims made after this period may not be accepted

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To report an issue:

  2. Include your order number, details of the issue, and photos where applicable
  3. Await confirmation from our team before any further action

5. Returns (If Required)

In some cases, we may request the item to be returned.

  • Items must be unused and unopened
  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
  • Returns must be authorised before sending

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead

7. Delivery Issues

  • Lost orders: We will investigate with the courier and offer a replacement or refund
  • Incorrect items: We will send the correct item at no additional cost
