This Shipping Policy outlines how SPC Seasonings (“we”, “our”, “us”) processes and delivers orders placed through my-spc.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Delivery Method & Timeframes
We currently offer UK standard delivery only.

- Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch, not from the date of order.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
2. Free Delivery
- Free UK delivery is available on orders over £50.
- This is applied automatically at checkout when the threshold is met.
3. UK Delivery Obligation
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are required to deliver your order within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
If we fail to deliver within this timeframe, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
4. Passing of Risk
Responsibility for the goods remains with us until your order has been successfully delivered to your address.
Once delivered, the goods become your responsibility.
5. Food Products & Returns
As our products are consumable food items:
- Items cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene and safety reasons
- Perishable goods are exempt from the standard cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
- Please check ingredients and allergen information before consumption
6. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
If there is an issue with your order:
- Damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- Lost orders: We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund
- Incorrect items: We will send the correct item at no additional cost

You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched (where available).
8. Delivery Notes
- We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only
- We do not ship to PO boxes
- Some remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times
9. Delays
If your delivery is delayed:
- We will notify you where possible
- If the delay is within our control, we will offer a suitable resolution
- Delays caused by external factors (e.g. courier issues, weather) are outside our control
